The FPS ORCHESTRA Program Presents:
Monster Mash

FHS Performing Arts Center
Concerts starts @ 7:00 PM
(Doors Open @ 6:30 pm)
*(7th Grade Beginners) = Sign-in & sit in audience to attend the concert anytime between 6:30-7:00 pm
(attendance at this concert is required & counts the same as a regular performance grade for the beginning classes)
All Performers (8th -12th Grade): FHS & 8th Grade Orchestra students have a Dress Rehearsal before the Concert:
@ 5:30 pm = FHS Chamber Orchestra Dress Rehearsal on Stage
@ 6:00 pm = 8th Grade Inter. Orchestras & FHS Concert Orchestra Dress Rehearsal on Stage
Concert Attire: Costume for Performers
(school-appropriate and not too scary or gory).
Costumes must not interfere with playing your instrument, moving on and off stage, & must be appropriate for young children who may also attend the performance!!
Audience members can wear a costume too if they would like!

REHEARSAL DINNER & REFRESHMENTS FOR PERFORMERS
Monster Mash Volunteer & Food Sign-up form (for Parent sign up)
- Rehearsal Dinner & Refreshments for FHS Chamber Orchestra from 6:00 pm.
- Rehearsal Dinner & Refreshments for FHS Concert Orchestra & 8th Grade will be from 6:30 pm.
IMPORTANT: Be polite, respectful, and not too loud in the hallway back stage near the stairs. DO NOT take food or drinks into the PAC, Backstage, Classrooms (including the Orchestra Room), or down the hallway that goes to the Audience Entrance. Pick up after yourselves and if you are eating at 6:00 pm be sure to only take a reasonable amount and leave enough for the next group at 6:30 to also enjoy!

*Reminder each students should bring a bag of candy to their teacher before the concert to use for trick or treating!
Concert Attendance Expectation:
*Orchestra Concerts, Rehearsal, Events are an expectation of a fine arts performance based class and are required attendance for a class grade.
Missing a performance or rehearsal without a Doctor's note may result in a significant loss of points and a 0 in the grade book.
Every effort will be made to have dates on the calendar in advance so be sure to save the dates ahead of time and add the calendar to your device and/check calendar, website, google classroom, emails, newsletter for any updates or changes.
In the rare event of an emergency contact your teacher by email within 24 hours (this does not automatically excuse you to miss an event without proper communication and without approval from the teacher).
