DAY OF STUDENT - AUDITIONS:

Schedule
7:00 to 7:15 am - Arrive & Load
7:20 am Ride BUS FROM FHS TO BHS
(STUDENTS MUST RIDE BUS TO THE EVENT PER ASBOA GUIDELINES)
7:45-8:00 am - Registration & Warm-up
9:00 am - Audition cuts posted
9:30 am - Auditions begin
TBA - Return on the bus to FHS
*Auditions Usually end late afternoon or early evening. BUS Often Returns around 5 to 6 pm but is dependent Upon the day.

EARLY CHECK-out Procedure
*IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON LEAVING EARLY AFTER YOUR AUDITION IS FINISHED ON SATURDAY YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN COMPLETE THE ONLINE EARLY CHECK-OUT FORM AHEAD OF THE SATURDAY AUDITIONS AND THEN THEY WILL NEED TO COME IN TO THE BUILDING AND SIGN YOU OUT WITH THE TEACHER/CHAPERONE WHO HAS THE SIGN-OUT FORM (STUDENTS CAN NOT SIGN THEMSELVES OUT).
*If you do not follow this procedure you will not be able to check out early & will need to ride back on the bus after auditions are all over in the evening with the group.
