Concert Start @ 7:00 pm 
(Doors open @ 6:30 pm for audience seating) 
*(Intermediate Orchestra will attend as audience for this concert for a grade)
**Jr. High students should arrive before the concert begins during audience seating - Please plan to attend with a parent/guardian and remember to demonstrate good performance/audience skills and follow all expectations and rules while attending events.

SPRING STRINGS CONCERT
WEDNESDAY, MAY 7TH

All 7TH & 8TH GRADE PERFORMS at this Concert

​*NEED PARENT HELPERS & FOOD FOR CONCERT
(If you can't volunteer time then donate food, snacks, supplies by signing up of the links below)

Bring Home Instruments to School for Dress Rehearsal in the Morning on Wed. 5/7, or better yet the day before on 5/6  (Cello & Basses)!!!

​(Morning Dress Rehearsal Parent Helpers/Chaperones Signup 5/7 AM)

Take Instruments & Music to FHS Tonight!!! 
Take home from Woodland after school to bring to concert at FHS!!!!
Don't forget your instrument or music at Woodland as you will need to bring your own to FHS PAC!

You will need to arrive at FHS PAC at 6:30 pm for the Concert.

Cello & Basses can leave home instruments behind the shell on stage after the morning Dress Rehearsal so your instrument is there for the concert that evening in the FHS PAC


Concert Attire: Wear your Orchestra T-Shirt!!! 
+ nice jeans and tennis shoes. 

(Woodland Students will meet to tune and warm up in the FHS Orchestra room behind the PAC Stage. We will leave cases here for the concert).

(Ramay Students will leave cases in the Choir Room and go straight to the stage to tune and warm-up)

IMPORTANT INFO: Every student will need to pick up a manilla folder with their name on it when they arrive in the Orchestra room (in a container by class grade level). This has their award certificates and each student must pick up their folder before the concert begins for attendance and to receive their certificates. There is also a sign-in sheet initialing their name on the sign-in that they have picked up their manilla folder.
