Orchestras IMPORTANT: All orchestra students are expected to attend the FHS Orchestra Spring Strings Concert on Monday 4/27/26 *Rehearsals and Concerts are required attendance & count for a significant part of the overall class grade. (Demonstrate great audience/performer skills)!

Info & Reminders for FHS Orchestra Students ALL FHS ORCHESTRAS PERFORM THIS CONCERT MONDAY, APRIL 27TH, 2026 @ FHS PAC & 7:00 PM (CHAMBER BE ON STAGE READY TO PLAY BY 5:30 PM FOR DRESS REHEARSAL) CONCERT ORCHESTRA ARRIVE @ 6:00 PM AND BE READY TO REHEARSE IN THE ORCHESTRA ROOM AT 6:00 PM DRESS REHEARSAL WITH 8TH GRADE) THEN 8TH WILL COME TO STAGE TO REHEARSE WITH CHAMBER Dress Attire: Concert Blacks (Chamber Orchestra Newsletter) (Food/Helpers Signup - FHS & 8th Grade Parents please be sure to donate food or time)

Orchestras IMPORTANT: All Jr. High Orchestras are expected to attend the FHS Orchestra Spring Strings Concert on Monday, 4/27/26 (You will need to watch the entire performance for a class grade) *8th Grade will also perform a Side-by Side Performance on 2 pieces with each orchestra on 4/27 7th Grade will not perform but will attend in the audience ------------------------ All Jr. High Orchestras are also expected to attend the Jr. High Orchestra Spring Strings Concert on Wednesday, 5/6/26 (All Jr. Orchestras will perform at this Concert) *7th & 8th Grade will also perform *Rehearsals and Concerts are required attendance & count for a significant part of the overall class grade. (Demonstrate great audience/performer skills)! 
Jr. High Spring Strings Concert 2026 Info & Reminders for Jr. High Students ALL JR. HIGH ORCHESTRAS SPRING STRINGS CONCERT WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH @FHS PAC Woodland Starts @ 6:00 pm Ramay Starts @ 7:00 pm All 7TH & 8TH GRADE PERFORMS at this Jr. High Concert Bring Home Instruments to School for Dress Rehearsal in the Morning on Wed. 5/6, or better yet the day before the Dress Rehearsal on 5/6 (Cello & Basses)!!! (Morning Dress Rehearsal Parent Helpers/Chaperones Signup 5/6 in the AM) Take Instruments & Music to FHS Night of Concert!!! Take home from Woodland after school to bring to concert at FHS!!!! Don't forget your instrument or music at Woodland as you will need to bring your own to FHS PAC! You will need to be on stage in FHS PAC at 5:45 pm for the Woodland Concert. 6:50 pm for the Ramay Concert Cello & Basses can leave home instruments behind the shell on stage after the morning Dress Rehearsal so your instrument is there for the concert that evening in the FHS PAC Concert Attire: Wear your Orchestra T-Shirt!!! + nice jeans and tennis shoes. (Woodland Students will leave cases in the FHS Orchestra room and go straight to the stage to tune and warm-up). (Ramay Students will leave cases in the Choir Room and go straight to the stage to tune and warm-up) PASS-OFF AWARDS: (Woodland students): Every student will need to pick up a manilla folder with their name on it when they arrive in the Orchestra room (in a container by class grade level). This has their award certificates and each student must pick up their folder before the concert begins for attendance and to receive their certificates. There is also a sign-in sheet initialing their name on the sign-in that they have picked up their manilla folder.
