Instrument Rentals, Purchases, & Upgrades Links.

Class Supplies Lists are by grade level and orchestra Level

EACH STUDENT NEEDS THIER OWN:

INSTRUMENT OUTFIT (Rental or Student Owned - for home practice, assignments, & concerts) No VSOs!
SHOULDER REST (for Violins & Violas) OR ROCK-STOP or XEROS STRAP (for Cellos & Basses)
METHOD BOOK (Essential Elements for Strings Book 1 = Beginning Orchestra)

Other recommended items:

ROSIN (to use on the bow - often included with rental instrument outfit)
NAME TAG (Fill out and attach to your case - often included with rental instrument outfit)
SHEET MUSIC BINDER (Your teacher will provide you with a 3 ringed 1 and 1/2 inch size binder)
TUNER / METRONOME (Clip on device or free tuning / metronome app on phone use during home practice)
CLEANING CLOTH (a clean, dry, cloth - may be included with rental outfit or you can get a cheap microfiber cloth)
MUSIC STAND (This is important to use at home when practicing - Not using a music stand can cause playing and posture issues)
