DAY OF STUDENT - AUDITIONS:
OCTOBER 26TH

Schedule
7:00 to 7:15 am - Arrive & Load
7:20 am Ride BUS FROM FHS TO BHS
(STUDENTS MUST RIDE BUS TO THE EVENT PER ASBOA GUIDELINES)
8:00 am - Registration & Warm-up
9:00 am - Audition cuts posted
9:30 am - Auditions begin
TBA - Return on the bus to FHS
*Auditions end late afternoon or early evening.
Usually around 5:00 pm but is dependant on the day.

EARLY CHECK-out Procedure
*IF YOU ARE planning on LEAVING EARLY AFTER YOUR AUDITION IS FINISHED ON SATURDAY YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN SEND A SIGNED NOTE and email AHEAD of the SATURDAY auditions TO YOUR TEACHER AND THEN THE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN will need to COME IN TO THE BUILDING and physically SIGN YOU OUT WITH THE TEACHER/CHAPERONE who has THE SIGN-OUT FORM.
*If you do not follow this procedure you will not be able to check out early & will need to ride back on the bus after auditions are all over in the evening with the group.

- Teachers/Judges will be adjudicating all day & will check in with chaperones when able.
