November Info:
Winter Strings Concert Prep:
- This month we will be passing out the Winter Strings Concert music in class and beginning working in sections of the music.
(The Winter Concert is on Monday, Dec 12th @ the FHS PAC for all orchestras - Check Info Here)
(All FHS Orchestra students will also have 2 required after school rehearsals on Wed. 11/30 & 12/7 for Full Orchestra)
High School Sectionals with SoNA:
- At FHS we will have several sectionals with SoNA Musicians on Mondays and with upper and lower string sectionals on Wednesdays.
All Region Clinics:
- All Region Clinics will take place on Friday 11/11 & Saturday 11/12 for Audition Qualifiers (Woodland Qualifiers) (FHS Qualifiers). Please be sure to read the Info on the Google Docs and practice your music (Click Here)
Orchestra Handbook:
- We are going to order T-Shirts soon for pictures and I am still missing several students sizes. Parents be sure to complete the Student Handbook & Permission Forms Online (include T-Shirt size). Make sure you digitally sign and submit the Google Form if you haven't already
Practice & Thanksgiving!
- Take your instruments home for the Holiday Break 11/19 thru 11/ 27 and get some extra practice! Have a great Thanksgiving!
